About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physics Lecturer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, mentoring students, and contributing to the overall academic growth of the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach Physics theory and practical classes as per the curriculum
Prepare lesson plans, notes, and study materials
Conduct tests, assessments, and practical evaluations
Guide and mentor students for academic improvement
Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment
Participate in academic meetings, workshops, and college activities
Requirements
Master’s degree (M.Sc) in Physics from a recognized university
B.Ed / teaching certification preferred
Strong command over PU / Pre-University / Degree-level Physics syllabus
Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner
Experience in classroom teaching and student mentoring
Good communication skills in English (Kannada is an added advantage)
Commitment to academic excellence and student development
Familiarity with laboratory experiments and practical demonstrations
